How to Get Better Pressure?
· If the pressure is too low, you can try using a finer coffee grind, adding more coffee grounds to the filter, or increasing the tamping pressure.
· Using finer coffee grounds increases resistance, potentially enhancing water pressure. Adding more coffee grounds to the filter increases the density of the coffee puck, also contributing to higher water resistance.
· Conversely, if the pressure is too high, consider reducing the amount of coffee grounds or lowering the tamping pressure.

Note: Insufficient coffee grounds, too coarse grind, and poor tamping will all result in inadequate pressure, preventing the brewing of the ideal espresso. The volume of espresso will vary depending on the amount of coffee grounds and the different grind levels.
Why is there water inside the Milk Steam Wand when I just received the product?
Don't worry, it's just clear water from steam and release water tests during the quality control period.
We suggest refer to the "Before First Use" in User's Manual to make a clean.
If you have any trouble, please feel free to contact for help.
Why does the light keep blinking after I press the ON button?
This means the espresso machine is preheating and will last about 30s.
If blinking has timed out, please check water tank is installed correctly and ensure it has water inside.
And if the issue persists, please do not hesitate to contact for help.
Why the machine doesn't work after I use the steam function and the two button light keep flashing?
It indicates the over-heating protection program is triggered and the machine requires cooling.
Solution: Turning the knob in hot water mode, then release the hot water for about 20s and turn off, the internal boiler will cool down quickly.
Is there some tips for making milk foam?
Use cold whole milk or the fat content >3.5% milk to get foam better.
When steaming, keep the head of the steam wand no more than half covered, place on the sides of milk jug but not in center, and make the angle with the surface of the milk 30-60°.
Why does the machine make 'beep' sound and all buttons flashing after pressing the power button?
This happens when the side knob is set to 'ON'.
Just turn it to 'OFF' and press the Power button again, then the machine will stop beeping and work normally.
